Discipleship

The goal of our discipleship is to increasingly be filled with the love and character of Jesus by the work of the Holy Spirit. (Ephesians 4:11-16). We don’t believe this just happens on Sundays, it’s a daily, life long commitment to following Jesus. We cannot grow in isolation. (Hebrews 10:24-25) Our growth takes place in the context of community and relationship. We must learn to be honest and vulnerable in trusted relationships where we can allow the truth of God’s Word to penetrate the deepest parts of our heart and character. Check out the ways we do that below

Men of BCC

The Men of BCC seek to build each other up through encouragement, prayer, Bible Study, and friendship. We gather on Tuesday nights from 6:30-7:30 pm at BCC. We also have a fall retreat and other outings. Contact Pastor Jeremy at jeremy@every1one.org to be added to Men of BCC communications or to ask any questions.

Sincere Sisterhood

Sincere Sisterhood Is a group for women to come together to study God’s Word, to pray, to grow, and to form connections while doing life with other women as we’re equipped by God and encouraged by each other to draw nearer and closer to God as we seek after His heart. Our desire is for every women to be able to cultivate and foster her relationship in Christ as she is firmly rooted in the truth of Gods word to live free and is established and affirmed in her identity in Christ.

GROWING IN MATURITY

Children & Youth

Our mission is to cultivate a generation of godly children in partnership with families. According to Christianity Today the ages of 4 to 14 are critical to healthy spiritual growth. Christ is actively working in the lives of our children!

Nursery (6mo- 2 yrs)

The nursery is located adjacent to the toddler room on the South side of the building. We seek to provide a safe and comfortable environment for infants. Parents are welcome to stay with their babies and there is an area for moms who nurse as well.

Pre-K (2yrs-5yrs)

This group meets adjacent to the bathrooms on the South side of the building. Children have the opportunity to enjoy a fun environment through play, snack time, crafts, and lessons for nurturing their faith in Christ.

School Age (K-5th)

Elementary school-age children may be checked in at the BCC lobby and will be dismissed during service to the Octagon Center (427 Douglas Ave.). Children will walk over and are accompanied by adults at all times. At the end of service parents use the check-in tag to pick up their child from the second floor of the octagon. At the Octagon students meet in a large group with music and a lesson followed by small group time which includes snacks and games.

YoBCC (Youth 6th-12th)

Our mission is to build Christ-centered relationships with our middle and high school students, teach/encourage them to live every aspect of life in Christ, and just enjoy life with them.

YoBCC meets the 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Sundays of the month and the students serve in their chosen ministries on the 4th or 5th Sunday of the month. They will meet at BCC and be dismissed during service to the Octagon center (427 Douglas Ave). They arrive back at BCC before service ends.
