WHAT TO EXPECT

When You Arrive
Whether you arrive by car, by bus, or on foot, our orange-vested parking team members will be the first people you see, directing you to a parking space, helping you out of your vehicle, or opening the front door for you. Once inside, our welcome team and ushers will greet you, help you find a seat, and otherwise assist you. If you are a first-time visitor, you can expect to receive a welcome packet with an information card for you to fill out if you like (we simply want to send you a note to thank you for your visit).

During Service
Service will start promptly at 10:30 with a praise song from our music ministry. Feel free to stand, sit, clap, sing along, or do whatever allows you to enjoy and connect with the presence of God. After the song and a welcome from our host and hostess, we’ll direct our attention to the projection screens for the morning's announcements, which are set to a fresh, original music beat from one of our talented producers! Following announcements, we’ll recognize our first-time visitors and spend time greeting one another.

The rest of service is subject to change, but usually includes the same elements, such the giving of tithes and offerings. We believe tithing (giving 10% of one's income to God) to be a Biblical practice and something God blesses! However, your giving is a matter that should first be settled between you and God; no one should feel forced to give.

Prior to the message, we’ll spend some additional time in praise and worship. This is an opportunity to connect with God and enjoy Him – truly what life in Christ should be about! Whether the speaker for the day is Pastor Toran or a guest, you can expect to hear a dynamic message that is Bible-based and applicable to your life. At the close of service, we allow time to respond to the message with invitations to receive Christ, opportunities to receive prayer, or praise and worship. In all we do, we strive to follow the leading of the Holy Spirit.

Every second Sunday of the month is family day at BCC and is a time for children to stay in service with their families. A special hospitality room is available after service for new members and visitors to meet some of the leaders at BCC. The second Sunday of the month is also the Sunday we receive communion.

After Service
After service, we enjoy each other's fellowship and say our goodbyes. It's always wonderful to spend time with our church family!

We are eager for the opportunity to host you sometime soon. If there is anything we can do to make you feel more at home while you're with us, please let our welcome team or ushers know. You are our guest and we're happy to serve you!
